Arrangements for next Sunday’s game at Parc Y Scarlets v Llanelli RFC.

I am not sure if you know, but this season we decided to set up the Llanelli RFC ‘Clubhouse’  in The Quinnell Hospitality Lounge on the second floor for  supporters of both sides as well as post-match for  players/officials. This provides a spacious unified lounge area for the game as opposed to supporters being scattered all over the place and ‘rattling around ‘ in the stadium . It has gone done pretty well for all supporters.

The Quinnell lounge is situated right next to the half way line with an  excellent seating viewpoint. There are two bars in the lounge selling liquid refreshments hot and cold as well as cold/hot food. It's a much better experience for everyone. The lounge will be open from 1pm.

So can you advise your supporters that they come to the Main Reception in the South Stand (opposite the Ray Gravelle statue which you cannot miss) and that they will be asked to pay up in the entrance to the lounge. CASH only i.e. no Cards. Admission is £12 Adult and over 60 it’s £6. Juniors over 5 £3

Parking is available in the Stadium bowl immediately opposite the entrance to the ground at £3 per car load.

There is a lift for those who have difficulties climbing stairs.
