It’s great to have the competition fixtures back in action this week after the Autumn Series and it’s a big week for Bargoed RFC.
The 1st XV return to league action and entertain Trebanos RFC on Saturday at Bargoed Park in a National Championship match.
The Warriors are back in action and travel to play Cardiff Met RFC in a National Conference match.
The Youth have a big game in the last 16 of the National Plate Competition and entertain Pontyclun RFC at Bargoed Park.
Good luck to all three sides, get along and support the boys. Kick off for all matches is 2.30pm
