Bargoed Briefs 1st XV The 1st XV travelled to Cardiff to face St Peter’s in a National Championship East fixture with an early try from Morgan Powell and a conversion from Josh Prosser into the lead. Bargoed lost skipper James Leadbeater with an injury and the backs had a reshuffle. Bargoed looked to be in control early on as they increased the lead when Lewis Robey scored a try to make it 12-0.
